I have been fighting with my scanner all morning. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why it's not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it a bajillion times, only to kee getting the same error messages :( The only thing I can fiure is that it must be a bad USB cable. Just my luck! I get the artistic urge and it won't work! Ahh well, I'll keep trying I guess.
